FIRE gene identifiers

To make FIRE easier to use, we have prepackaged promoter and 3'UTR sequences, GO annotations, etc for many commonly studied organisms.

We have tried to use the most commonly used gene identifiers, but since, in many species, multiple competing nomenclatures exist, it is crucial that your expression data uses the same gene identifiers that we use:
